The future of the brain seems to be very positive in terms of dealing with such devastating diseases like dementia and alzheimers. But it seems that at the moment the most effective way to keep your brain in top shape is to exercise consistently. It turns out that year after year, study after study on brain wellness exercising seems to be at the top of the list of what to do to stay brain fit. Another option to create brain plasticity that is neuroplasticity is to do activities that we do not do on a regular basis. In my case I would be learning to play the piano, learn a computer program, etc all activities would foreign, new and difficult. In other words getting out of our comfort zone is great for our brain
