We need to decide how long we want to live and how to reach this exciting goal. As I started the process I ran into my own limitations and limiting beliefs. I am full of traditional, antiquated thinking and behaviors that are based on old paradigms. Now we need to throw it all out and plan the life we want to be able to reach the targeted departure age. This means a set of new beliefs, more expansive limitations, high level of fitness, clean diet, solid financial fitness, a new way of talking and thinking to eliminate the old patterns, a sense of adventure and risk taking, a preferred location, a new identity for the new me that is going to live up until the plan exit. Time to design a plan and a lifestyle for this adventure. Now how long do you want to live? Now start.
