Diversity also mean age diversity
I believe we are starting to realize that people over 55 years and over need to be incorporated into our social, economic, and cultural life. If we all believe in racial diversity we need to believe in age diversity. Imagine a world of only young people or only two species of animals it would be terrible, boring, and one-dimensional. We need to accept our aging and its importance and the fact that it is a natural part of life. It will increase the quality of life on this planet if we integrate all ages into our paradigm of living.
