The demographic shift in both America and in the world is a very subtle yet immensely powerful event on taking place on the planet. The earth is becoming wiser, meaning older. This means a severe cultural, technological, and labor change, we will all have to adapt too. This country is focused on the young and has repeatedly excluded the wise sector which now is becoming the largest population on a global scale. The wise are geared up, they are very wealthy and politically powerful. It is time for a global paradigm to integrate and appreciate the wise, their power, and experiences while meshing it with the energy of the youth.
